All our face to face meetings can be conducted at your residence or your favourite local cafe. We can also organise online video calls.

Yes. We can complete your tax returns remotely. We can conduct an interview over the phone or video call. We can also communicate via email. Tax Returns will be sent out to you to sign electronically through our software.

If you live outside these areas please contact us to find out how we can help you. We also offer our tax return service remotely whereby communication is made over the phone or video call – we then send your return to you electronically to be signed.

We aim to keep basic individual tax returns appointments to an hour. Tax returns are prepared and lodged within that hour. Complex tax returns that require additional schedules to be added to a tax return may have to be completed in our own time. We will always let you know the expected turnaround time.

To save time during face to face meetings, we ask clients to have their records in order.

Being a mobile tax agent service we require that there is either a strong mobile phone or WiFi signal available. Weak signals may cause delays in completing returns. However, if we can’t obtain a signal we can still complete your tax return in our own time.
